1. Our Fundamental Privacy Promise

At MonitorKids, we believe child protection must never compromise child privacy. We do not record, store, or sell your child's live screen or audio recordings on any cloud server. All live video streaming and surroundings listening occur through direct encrypted connections between the child device and parent phone.

2. Information We Process

To provide synchronization and device pairing, our servers process:

• Account Credentials: Parent email and password hash for authentication.
• Device Telemetry: Device model, Android OS version, battery percentage, and screen on/off status.
• Signaling Session Tokens: Temporary ephemeral handshake tokens to establish direct encrypted streams.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates for active parent geofence notifications.

3. Zero Third-Party Advertising & Data Selling

We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal information. MonitorKids is funded purely by subscription fees paid by parents, completely eliminating incentives to exploit or profile user data.

4. Security & Encryption Standards

All communication between our mobile apps and backend infrastructure is protected using TLS 1.3 and AES-256 bit encryption. Our production servers are located in certified secure datacenters in Bangalore, India.
